NowTV Player

Hi,

I can't install the NowTV player. If this is required to play content, can I get a refund as I was missold. I was never told that the Sky Corporation required unfettered administrative access to my computers in order for me to stream content that I've paid for. This is the only streaming service that I'm aware of that does this, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon prime video all work fine without needing administrative access to my computer to install some spyware.

Unlike many providers who use HTML5 to allow streaming directly via a browser, NOW do not. 

So you download the player, or not, your choice entirely.

NOW is of course available via apps on many other devices which are far more suited to viewing.

And you have not been mis-sold in any way, NOW make it quite clear on their web pages which devices can be used and how.
