Now TV not remembering progress

Now TV never seems to accurately remember where you left off. Often it will start an episode from the beginning even if you stopped watching half way through.This seems to happen regardless of which app I use. Seems the same on iPad, smart TV and Rok...

Extending the number of devices

I have NowTV for my disabled son - he watches Now in several places and on several ipads.  Is there a way to get more log ins?  We have to log out of 2 each time he goes somewhere new.  I don't mind paying more.  Does anyone know?

HDMI random error appearing suddenly

We're getting HDCP error appearing on Now TV asking to unplug and replug thr HDMI cable. Done that and it's still there, swapped it for the one on one of our computers and the error persists. What the heck do we do?Roxanne

Resolved! Fed up, Error code 72

Hi can anyone help please. Can screen mirror the Now app to my tv from my mobile, but try watching and I get Error Code 72. Help with this issue would be appreciated

Connecting tv to internet

I have not been able to connect my tv to internet since changing to Now. I have tried several ways ,checked everything but still says not connected. Any advice please ?
