Blurred service

We have a smart tv with now tv built in (so no box) but the picture keeps going from hd to blurred constantly it's really off putting when trying to watch something please help

Have you tried checking the HDMI lead onm the Roku unit?

How Is your Smart TV with the inbuilt NowTV App connected to your Router, is it over WiFi or by an Ethernet cable ?

 

What sort of internet speeds do you tend to get at your home ?

 

Maybe try rebooting your Router and your Smart TV to see if there is any improvement with the picture quality when watching content on the NowTV App.

 

Also check if there is a newer version of your NowTV App in your smart TV's App Store.
