Second time in 2 weeks have been unable to load sports (and probably anything else, but I only subscribe to Sports), due to the dreaded Wheel of Death, so can't load US Masters coverage. Can I claim a credit?

What have you done to try and resolve?

Delete and reinstall the app?
Unplug the TV for a few minutes?
Unplug the router for a few minutes?

@Den most likley your network set up, not the actual app. How is your samsung tv connected to the net?
