Watchlist gone and unable to add to it

Hi there - just subscribed to NowTV. My watchlist has disappeared and I cannot add anything to it. Message is 'sorry unable to add to your watchlist'. Annoying! Anyone having the same issue? Any ideas? Thanks!

Is this on the PC/Mac player? 

 

Have you tried delating and reinstalling the player?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
