using most recent safari browser on mac book and still won't let me watch anything......any idea why this might be or how I can fix it?Many thanks

hi - the pause and rewind/fast forward buttons appear in the middle of the screen and won't hide when the programme is playing. how do i get rid of these?
I've been completely unable to watch NOW through the web browser for the past 3 days. It says technical issues and to try again later! Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried removing devices and signing in again, to no avail.
How are the bonus streams not available on the pc & mac apps and Mobile apps?No point having a sports subscription think the bonus streams have worked once!
