cricket streaming

I jus tookd a subscription. But I am unable to stream the cricket on my PC as it says it is experiencing technical difficulty. Can someone let me know it they are facing similar issues.

Hi @Krishna 

I don't use a PC myself when watching NOW, but did you try a different internet browser when watching the NOW Sky Sports channels ?

Does your NOW monthly Sports Membership (not Mobile Sports Membership which doesn't cover the Cricket channel or a PC) or Day Sports Membership work on another playback device such has a Smartphone for example? 

All eleven Sky Sports channels works for me (including cricket) on my TV streaming devices and smartphone, but I don't have a PC to test on.

Outside of what @schnapps have you tried deleting the cookies and data from your browser?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
