Black screen when trying to watch in browser

Hi,

Trying to watch Sky Sports F1 through the browser streaming on my Mac but all I'm getting is a highly pixelated black screen with the audio carrying on fine in the background - no picture at all. This is repeated across other channels I've tried.

I'm now watching on an iPad through the app instead and it's working absolutely fine there.

Please don’t post the same query twice - it utterly screws up the responses 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
