? Password recognition

I have been attempting to set up an Wifi connection on a new phone, but have been unable to connect my NOW account because my NOW password is not being recognised.   What do I do about this?

On a currently logged-in device, log out, and then try to log in again with that password.

Report back if that works or not.

(Don’t worry, we have a recovery path if it doesn’t work there either).

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It is possible there are lower case ‘L’ as ‘l’ being confused with capital ‘I’ aka ‘I’ therefore looking identical and throwing it off?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
