For the price you'd expect better service and a working app, and they're probably going to do absolutely nothing about this but the latest in a long line of problems I've run into seems to be that if the NOW player is open when you connect bluetooth earphones, the sound continues to play through the laptop speakers. You have to close the app and restart the whole thing again just to connect. Do better, NOWTV.
