Hi Everyone
First post here so be kind, I did search recent help posts for a few pages back and couldn't find a solution to my issue!
I bought a now tv sky sports day pass with 8 months free sky sports mobile, on 3rd September. I used my day pass to watch a live football game last weekend on tv, but my mobile pass has not yet been activated and I'm unable to watch on my mobile.
I double checked the receipt and it says: As part of your bundle purchase, you’ll also get a NOW Sports Mobile Membership for 8 months. We’ll add this to your account within 10 working days, and we’ll drop you an email to let you know when it’s ready to go.
As this hasn't happened yet and I want to watch sky sports mobile today, who would I contact?
In my account it's says under sky sports mobile pass that I can restart a canceled membership to January 2023 and then pay 9.99, bit obviously I want my 8 months free as per the offer I took up.
I tried logging out of my account and back in, uninstalling the app and nothing has changed.

Which channel(s) are you trying to watch? As the mobile membership only comes with 5 out of the 11 channels.

If you are trying to watch one of the valid channels, then jump onto live chat to see what's going on with the membership. Just make sure you click "chat online" within the green box and not "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

Thanks, I am trying to watch Sky Sports Premier League and the message I get is that I don't have an active membership.

That's fair enough, many users try to watch another channel that isn't listed. Jump onto live chat using the method and link in my previous post. Hopefully they can sort it for you.

Just to update on this, they were able to fix over chat, not sure what the issue was bit I could watch every other mobile channels other than premier league. My membership was also showing as cancelled in my account yet I could actually watch some sports channels.
Anyway, I can now watch all the right channels and they've confirmed my membership is active and actually runs to April, even if my account still says it's cancelled 🙂
