Offered a cheaper rate over the phone

My phone line was cut through by workmen, so I contacted NOW by phone. After the issue was resolved, the rep said I could go back to a lower monthly rate (£10 less), howver my latest bill shows the same payment was taken (not £10 less). How do I contact Now to discuss this? I can't find an email address or a way to chat online. Thank you

You’re best to call NOW by phone again. Lines will be closed now but operate 8am to 8pm.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Sorry I can’t just post it, but see here for a posting with a link that will lead you to the phone number you can call them on.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
