Issue with BOOST

I ordered BOOST yesterday and although the box was ticked that the trial had begun it is not working. Any ideas?

Log out and log back in on your devices. Generally it could take up to 4 hours, but surely should be activated now.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
