I have just purchased a now tv stick with one month free entertainment pass but it has not loaded onto my account I tried the online chat like it advised but keep getting a bot giving me links that dont help.

Good luck, Lindsey, and I'd you find something that worka, can you come back and post? I have been in contact with the technical team for 4 days by email, we have tried every combination of phone, laptop browser etc and still can't wait working. They should give us a type-in code but they refuse to. For £8.99. Terrible introduction to the company.
