Cancellation Time

Does anyone know the time when content can no longer be streamed? 

 

Is it... 

 

A. The same time the voucher was purchased

B. 00.01 on the cancellation date

C. 23.59 on the cancellation date

Do you mean when you cancel a membership?

 

So if you cancel and it says you can watch until 10th, means that you will have all 24 hours within the 10th. Then you will need to take out a new membership.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

The same time the membership was activated.  So if you start a membership at 7pm, it will end at 7pm.  However when clocks go forwards/backwards, it will be 8pm or 6pm respectively.
