Welcome to the forum. Both the SSID (wifi network name) and wifi password are all in capital letters and numbers, you need to make sure you type it this way as passwords are case-sensitive (and make sure you don't confuse eg 1 with I or 0 with O). Also make sure you choose WPA2 as the encryption method and you are within range of the wifi network.
If you still have trouble, press the reset button on the back of the Hub for 10-15 seconds until you see the lights flash on the front, then let the router establish connection (up to a minute) and try again.
