Hiya, I have just received a couple of email, one with an invoice attached that I haven open, saying that I have purchased a cinema membership through amazon. When I log into my account it says I have a membership but I have contacted amazon and they can't see any purchase, has anybody received a similar email? The first email was from Nowtv, the invoice came from a different one with a women name on it which is totally spam and no money has been taken from my bank account. Thank you

You need to contact staff via live chat. Which can be accessed by clicking ‘chat online’ within the green box, do not hit ‘get help quicker’ as this is a bot.
