How to get NOW UK app On to iPad when my iTunes account is in the US?

Surely NOW should consider these situations?

i have no access to NOW’s app as my iPad account is fixed to the US. If I open a UK account just to download the app, I understand that I can’t switch back for 3-6 months? Anyone have a solution? As I can’t watch NOW TV thru browsers anymore when I’m travelling around the UK. I’ve no problem accessing NOW TV thru the Firestick at home.

It works exactly the same as iPlayer, ITV Hub and all other UK apps. 

Your iTunes account MUST be based on a UK address.
