No channels

Don't have any of the entertainment channels or cinema channels, can't find any way to contact NOW to find out  what is going on.

When you go all the way to the bottom to see "Your Account" go in there and does it show that your signed in?

Thanks for all the help,have managed to sort it out by unplugging the stick and rebooting my Wi-Fi box

Doesn’t surprise me that the IT turn it off and on again worked! Haha
