Has it been more than 4 hours since you purchased the Boost Membership?
If not go into your main playback device such has your TalkTalk Youview box and from the NOW App under the My Account tile box on the bottom grid row, try signing out and back in again to see if that triggers the Boost Membership.
Not sure what you mean by movies showing not Entertainment Boost in your last sentence.

When Boost is activated you should see HD at the end of the live TV channels in the NOW App TV Guide, and if you play something on Demand that has the HD icon and give it 20 seconds or so to start streaming and press the info button on your Youview Remote it should give a streaming figure on screen around 8000 or there abouts.
If you purchased the Boost and the NOW TV Membership is billed through TalkTalk directly and not NOW direct you will need to contact Talktalk Help support.
