I spent 5 hours on chat today trying to let customer services know that the 2 bonus streams for the Open Golf weren't working.
I find it odd that they couldn't just have called the technical department instead of getting me to do endless resets - i explained that if the streams themselves weren't working then focusing on my device wouldn't resolve the issue.

First of all, which device are you using?
I have just checked on my LG TV and there are two Bonus Streams available, although only one of them is currently live, possibly because of where we are in the day's proceedings?
