Switching from NOW

I'm switching from Now to Vodaphone on the 3rd of July but a payment is due to leave my account for next month on 21st June. Vodaphone says they will tell Now about the switch and manage it, but should I cancel my direct debit so that I can pay the correct amount for the last few days with Now? thanks

Hi @Charlie73 

NOW doesn't recommend cancelling your bank card on their system, where any monies due will be credited back onto your card after you left (assuming you are out of the contract period).

When I switched from BT to NOW the credit from BT took around 30 days (would have thought NOW will be similar with any credit due).
