Phone keeps switching to 4G when broadband is intermittent.

If you are having issues with your broadband connection have a look at the help article here and if none of that helps then get in touch with the support team directly on 0330 332 3050. They won't respond on here.

....it took weeks but at last BT Openreach changed the box the cable was coming into and fixed it at last!
