Phone line not working.

Does anyone know the average time it takes for a landline repair?

I switched to NOW TV Broadband and Phone on  17/07/2020 my phone went immediately dead. 

I have reported the issue, but 8 days later still no usable phone line.

Broadband fine, but no phone.

 

Just wondering what amount of time others have had to wait for a repair.

Give the NowTV Broadband Team a chase up, to find out what's happening with your landline.

If it was me and you have access to a phone, i would ring them or alternatively use live chat.
