I switched to Now broadband, TV and calls back in May 2020
I have still not received my activation date for my service which I was originally advised would be 1st June
I have paid some installments but still no equipment/activation

That's shocking, get in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team to find out what the hell is happening, once you speak to them ask for the money back for your previous payments, plus compensation for a non service.
