Over charging after price increase

Please review my payment history and the price increase we agreed in July 2023. Then refund the overpayment from August 2023 to November 2023.
I expect this simple correction can be resolved in the near future.  Thank you,  Kim

You are not talking to Now on here. You will need to contact them direct to resolve your pricing query.

Do you know how to contact Now?  I can’t see any contact details on their web site. A phone number would be good.

There are lots of 03 type numbers on the forum, but I'd use the 0800 one here:

The numbers are definitely on the site, albeit annoyingly hidden under ‘How to get in touch’ drop downs or complaint sections.
