price increase

My broadband cost has increased by £15 a month with no prior notice.  I understand from offcom's website I should have had at least one month notice, anyone got a phone number to complain about this ?

Was you coming out of a 12 month contract? 

Did you receive any notification of your price options via an email from Sky a couple of weeks before the contract was coming to an end (check your email inbox and Spam folders plus Messages on your NOW online account).
