Changing conditions of contract

I am a client and now having Fab Fibre and I would like to change to a better one in more beneficial price 23£. How can I do this

@gavs82008 hi wondered if u can help me please, have no idea, as tried to do a chat on now website, but wouldn’t work for my question.   I am planning on changing to now broadband in mid June.leaving virgin ,due to customer service rubbish. Is it easy to contact now customer services. Don’t want to go from frying pan into the fire.

Libe chat is only for TV streaming. 

Getting in touch with broadband is relatively straight forward from the link I posted via ‘Get in touch’. You just need to use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down button to get the call centre info.
