My bill has increased, I was not told this was going to happen.
I can't afford more bill increases.
With all bills being increased, but not my wages, it's now unaffordable.
It may only be a few pounds but It's just another bill I can not afford NOW!
It was a 12 month contract at a certain price, how can they increase it when the 12 months contract was for a certain amount and then not to inform me when they do.
We should be given an option to pay the extra or allowed to leave for free when they increase the cost.
Just another unacceptable price increase, so is that one less meal I have to have.

And trying to get hold of someone to talk to, a real human being is impossible. Why are they making it so hard 😤 I'm just annoyed now.

From my understanding the call centre was flooded with calls yesterday. Which is why it seemed impossible.

Why have you accepted your own posts as the solution to your problem?
It isn’t, but people seeing the thread as Solved won’t see that you are still wanting help.
However, two points:-
Now emailed everybody affected by the price increase to warn them this was happening. So is the email in your Spam or Junk folder? Or did you get it but not read it? Or have you changed your email address and not told Now? Or did you really, really, not get it for some other reason?
The email did give you the option to pay the extra or to leave for free, the very thing you are asking for.
But good luck with finding a cheaper ISP, even with the increase.

The only increase for broadband has been £3.50 which happened not long ago. Other possibility for you is the end of the 12 month contract and you got put up to full retail price.
