HI Team,
I want to change my broad band plan, but when I am calling the customer support it is getting disconnected automatically, can you please give me a call back and help me resolve this issue soon.

Me too, 1yr expired and auto rolling on to expensive plan but unable to contact NOWtv to change (no chat or phone answering due to Coronavirus). No email address published so I'm stuck. Hope they will refund the difference with the new plan I actually want when they get back to work.

As this is a customer forum you will be lucky to get a reply.
Covid-19 has resulted in call centers having either closed or reduced hours. Live chat is also down for the foreseeable future.
Your best option is to fill out the below form and await a reply, not ideal but its a working option.

Yes I have the same problem.
And I guess it's due to Coronavirus period. (See the red announcement above this page)

Now what we could do is waiting.
