I have been having issues with routing, ping spikes and packet loss. This issue has made it impossible to connect to any of the services with Riot Games. From the tests we have performed on the broadband, we have concluded that the issues are related to the lack of a static IP and poor quality of connections. The lack of static IP has led to a lot of packet loss even before the connection reached the NOW servers. Riot Games have mentioned that this can be solved with a static IP but the NOW call centre told me this isn't possible. I would like to set up a static IP or a change on the current one as the broadband is practically unusable. Additionally, it also appears I'm not getting the enough megabytes as the ones I'm paying for in my broadband plan so I would also like this to be solved.
