NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I was told my Internet would be up and running today and iv waited all day still no Internet.

Sadly, nobody from NOW will help you here. You need to contact them directly on 0330 332 3050 between 8:00am and 8:00pm. They do advise anytime up until midnight for activation, so keep an eye on it.
