Now tv cut off our braodband on the 26th September...because of a mixup with payment on our side....we made the payment yesterday 9th October and they have not reconnected it....when we test the line for issues it says we have to make the overdue due payment we have already made...will nowtv reconnect us

If you have cleared the payment problem, I'm sure they will reconnect your service, the systems may just take a while to catch up.
Perhaps call the number in the link below to see if they can speed the process up.
