I am in the same boat has you, i have asked the NowTV Team to investigate why i don't seem to get any Promotional emails like some other forum members seem to receive on a regular basis.
Still awaiting a reply from the NowTV Team, will give them a chase within the next week or so.
Just double check, you haven't opted out of receiving emails from Now TV by going to My Account > Account Details where there should be a tick box option to request emails (never opted out myself, but still not receive emails promo's from NowTV).
Like you i have been a loyal customer for a few years now, i believe in my case there is a technical glitch NowTV end which they are still Investigating on my behalf.
