not recieving promotion offer

Hi i signed up on xbox ome and it said i would recieve 10 pound xbox voucher after first payment but i havent recieved it yet, how long does it take to go onto account after first payment ?

You normally receive an email to claim offer 30 days after first payment is made.

When you access your NOW TV account and visit the 'Account Details' area, have you placed a tick within the 'Be the first to know' check box? Like this: -
