Can't change payment details?! Too many redirects!!

Hi.

 I am having viewing my bills and payment details.

 Apparently there are to many redirects to get to that page.

 I have cleared the browsers cookies and cache but still no luck.

 Still getting the same message.

 

Any ideas folks.

How odd @Anonymous User,

 

So while your logged onto this forum, when you click on the 'My Account' button and navigate down to and select 'View my bills' you get re-directs?

 

Which browser are you using?

If after following the advice in @SeeMoreDigital's post and your still getting that error.

 

Could you try clearing your browsers cookies and cache please.

I am having the same problem when trying to update my payment details. I've tried using both Safari & Chrome, and have cleared the cache and cookies for both.

Hi @Anonymous User

 

If you have been an existing customer with NOW TV then goto our webpage, click on My Account at top of screen then click on Payment Details. 

 

If you are a new customer to NOW TV if you goto the website, select a free trial to start and setup you details that way.

Having the same issues, tried numerous devices and browsers. Cleared all history/ cache etc.

 

You guys at Now TV must'nt like money!
