Sky Sports Week Pass - Incorrect payment taken
Hi,
I purchased a Sky Sports Week Pass last week which was on promotion at £6.99 but I have been charged to the full £10.99.

I've spent 10 minutes trying to find a way to contact Now TV by email or Livechat to resolve this but have no success finding a link!
Can anyone help?

Click link below and at bottom of page on left you will see a contact us button click that and on the following page you will see the email and live chat options on the right side of the page.

Sorry, but I can't see any of the contact options at all. The links at the bottom take me too a 'how to contact us' page but its still unclear how to make contact.
Thankyou also for the link but the promotion clearly states a voucher is not required - the reduction is applied automatically.

@Anonymous User you want the Contact Us button at the end of the article not the How to Contact Us link at the end of the page. However as per the page you saw the offer on:
A Sky Sports Week Pass will cost new NOW TV customers £6.99 rather than £10.99 - that's a Week Pass for the price of a Day Pass! There's no code or voucher required. Every Week Pass purchased will automatically be reduced.
As your forum account dates back to March, I'm guessing your not a new customer.

@Anonymous User there was no deal for exisiting customers, even the NOW TV homepage had New Customers in the small print.
