Hi,
Trying to sign up but it's not accepting my billing details.
I've tried two different bank accounts both with sufficient funds (multiple times). And have also attempted to sign up under a different email address, neither worked.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. Also trying to sign up for broadband. Keeps telling me some of the card details are not valid! It's frustrating and extremely annoying. I've had an account previously with no problems. Tried online chat, but no response.
