Sky sports added to account

Has any one had sky sports added to their account without them knowing?

 

just looked at my bank statement and found that I have had an extra £34 taken out of my account from now TV for sky sports which I never asked to be added to my account. Can someone give me any suggestions?

Did you take out a Sky Sports month pass the previous month and didn't cancel ?

Has anybody who uses your devices on your account such a little ones accidentally purchased a month sports pass, where it it always recommended to add a Pin payment to your account by going to Settings & Pin's on here.

Anyway, i would suggest speaking to live chat and explain to them you have been charged for a month sports pass for £33.99 that you didn't request.

Here's a link to chat, you may find the chat lines are busy at the moment with the technical issues that nowtv have been encountering with lost episodes gone missing off their server library where i am guessing people are contacting them about their grievances, but keep trying until you get through to them.
