I'm a little confused, we just received a message from NowTV via email ending in @Notifications.contact.sky that a payment has been missed from our account. This has been working for previous 2 months we have been with them. I logged on our account and I cannot see any payment information (as in any details, nor any previous payments we have made). What has happened?

I know NowTV are part of Sky, but I am not sure that when Now TV contact their customers by email there is no Sky identified under their email address where all email correspondence I have seen mentions Now TV in the email address and not Sky.
Did you ever have either a Sky or Sky Store account ?
Maybe contact NowTV live chat so they can get to the bottom of this email.
