Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the reason you've been charged is because the NOW TV services you've subscribed to have 'rolled on' automatically (as per NOW TV's Terms & Conditions). Which happens if you don't officially cancel them prior to any 'free trial', 'voucher pass' or 'monthly' subscription expiring!
After officially cancelling your subcription(s) via your 'My Account' (not via email), you will have been sent a confirmation email or emails. This being the case, provided you have not viewed any content (which the NOW TV people will thoroughly check) you should be able to get all (or a proportion) of your subscription payments returned/refunded to you by contacting a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility.
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

Nobody has come back lately and said it didn’t work for them, anyway. But if the person who answers says it’s for Sky only, refer them to the link, remind them of their GDPR obligations, and politely but firmly insist.

Hi I cancelled my subscription last month and the 4th of dec was meant to be my last day being able to watch but it’s seems you have charged me instead I have canceled it again but would like my refund as I no longer use it thank you

Hi - you will have to ask Live Chat about a refund (access detail in the message above yours); it's not something anybody can do in the Community for you.

You need the Sky Sports Box Office app, not the NowTV app, to watch this fight:-
The App versus Stick thing is a bit confusing; the best way to think about it is that the Stick has the NowTV app and other apps besides, while a TV, or your Xbox, just has the NowTV app, which doesn’t include any of the other apps found on the Stick.
So no, you can’t watch this fight on the NowTV app since it’s actually on a different app, the Sky Sports Box Office app. Which is a separate app on the NowTV stick, just like Netflix or the BBC iPlayer is.
But of course, your TV or Xbox has other apps besides NowTV; so does it have the Sky Sports Box Office app you need here?

What playback device are you trying to watch NowTV movies on ?
Is there any error code or message coming up on your screen ,the more information you can provide the better it will help trying to figure out what's happening in your particular case ?
When you open the NowTV App on your playback device and go to the My Account section of the App does it show you have an active NowTV Cinema Pass ?
