At the moment, Parental and Payment PINs cannot be reset by customers, but we can reset these for you here.

while setting up my account for the free 30 day trial an error occured and it was stuck on a screen stating that a payment process was in order? I refreshed the page and was able to sign in using the details of my account - but my account was not fully set up, i entered bank card details but nothing after that - now i have discovered there is a perental pin on everything and i cannot change this as i never set one up in the first place .... how do i fix this?
You must set both these pins in order to use the service.
Have you tried signing into the My Account screen on a PC or Laptop and setting the parental pin to off?
You would need your pin to do this, it may be the same as the payment pin you set.

We can help you reset your PINs for you so you can access the content you wish to watch. We'll need to ask you some security questions first which we can't do over Community. Could you please sign into your NOW TV account and either send us an email or come onto our Live chat via the Contact Us page?
