i’m really confused i paid my bill 6th of may, like i have done every month for over a year, call friday as i got broadband upgrade (that i may add took longer than i was told it would) and they said my bill was overdue (online said due 6th june) so paid it over phone, to then be told my bill is due again on 6th June?! i have bank proof bill was paid on 6th may now i’m paying 2 bills in just over a week!! and to top it off i still can’t get wifi in my whole flat, i supply mental health staff and im working from home so it’s important i have wifi
