broadband has increased without telling me!

Hi I subscribed to the fab fibre in august - 12 months at 23.00 - I have just logged onto my account and found that i have been charged 32.00 since September 2021 - I am really upset how has this gone up after only one month and how do i get the price that i signed up for. i only received it for one month! Please help

I would give them a call on 03330 323 050, they open at 8am today and close at 8pm. It would be interesting to see why they have increased.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Thanks, hopefully all sorted. When I moved house my contract was terminate and I was not advised that I needed to call and get it reinstated. The lady I spoke to said I would get a fefund. Thanks for your help 👍
