I want to cancel my membership but cant do it on my membership bit

I want to cancel my account but it shows on my account to activate channels but they are already activated because there is money coming out of my account

Under your online NOW account do you see any recent payments taken under the My Bills & Payments section ?

 

If there is nothing showing under My Bills & Payments is there a possibility you have a second NOW account ?

 

Go to My Account section on all your playback devices under the NOW App to see what login details you have used.

 

Also check any NOW email correspondence from any email addresses you have used.
