Hello can anyone help. I have cancelled my broadband within my 14 day cooling off period and I am yet to find out about my refund for the box. It states in their small print that you will get a refund if you cancel within the time frame. They are telling me I have not returned the box however I haven't received the box yet as I cancelled before my broadband when live. Any assistance would be great. Thanks
