Why has my bill increased by £15 this month. I have basic broadband and all inclusive calls. recently increased too £21.50 from £18.00.

The £3.50 was instructed a few months go under

As for the £15, that is down to your discounted rate ending. This is NOT a lifetime discount. Granted you should have received notification of your 12 month coming to an end.

Call the broadband team to get a new contract sorted. Make sure to be signed in for the number.
