Updated Card Details

I updated my card details for payment but NOW keep processing the transaction on my old card, which has no funds in it. I cannot make a manual payment online and tbh, my internet speeds suck half the time. Wondering what the benefits are of being with NOW.

Can someone help please?

Staff don’t monitor the forum in the manner you’re posting for I’m afraid. Best call the broadband team using the number provided by @redchiz1 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
