Hi, I have not used my entertainment pass for the last few months - I thought I’d cancelled it. I would like to see about getting a refund for these unused months if possible.
The option for live chat seems to be unavailable, and I can’t find a phone number for customer services anywhere.
can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Hate to say there is no phone number, only for broadband.
For live chat have you tried this?

Just make sure to click “chat online” within the green box
There is also send an email to the address in the picture below
