I have been charged twice for 4 months for my Sky Cinema pass and because of the lack of telephone assistance I have used the Chat option and spent many hours trying to sort the problem without success.
I Have been credited each time but spent far too long chatting without it being resolved even though I was promised each month that the problem was resolved.
InFebruary I received a voucher for 6 months Free use. InMarch I was charged again.
Spent 2hours with3 different agents after being disconnected from their end each time.
I am being credited for the 11.99 but they still can't tell me why it is happening as they tell me I only have one email address registered with them.
I would cancel the extra payment but they can't give me details.
its ridiculous....
